gingivitis is because therez many plague stay on ur teeth, n this promote bacterial growth..and cause ur gum to recede away from ur teeth..n if the bacteria start to erode ur teeth..it will cause periodontitis...
bracing can help in my case because my teeth dun grow vr neat..n therez many corner i cant brush..n will eventually leads to plague deposition..gingivitis..periodontits.
